Foreign citizens have the right to enter into the territory of the Republic of Belarus without a visa in the circumstances and terms established by the concluded international bilateral agreement, between the Republic of Belarus and the country of which the foreigner is a citizen. Citizens of 74 countries can come to the Republic of Belarus with tourist purposes without a visa through the crossing point Minsk National Airport for a period of no longer than 30 days (including the days of arrival and departure).
Citizens of 73 countries can come to the Republic of Belarus with tourist purposes without a visa for a period of up to 15 days to visit the tourist and visa-free territory «Brest - Grodno» (Brest city, Brest, Zhabinka, Kamenets, Pruzhany districts of Brest region, Grodno city, Berestovitsa, Volkovysk, Voronovo, Grodno, Lida, Svisloch, Schuchin districts of Grodno region).
For group visits to visa-free territory «Brest-Grodno», the group can also visit areas of the Grodno and Brest regions that are not part of the visa-free territory. A prerequisite is the passage of the tourist route through the visa-free territory «Brest-Grodno».
